Dry → Sweet Scale (1 to 8): 7 | ABV: 20%

Sweet cider blended with apple brandy and aged in oak barrels.
Rich, warm, and sweet — meant for savoring.
Serve chilled or at cellar temperature.

This is a French-inspired aperitif. We blend apple brandy (distilled from our cider) with a special blend of fresh pressed apples from Northeast Iowa, and then age it in oak barrels for one year. The result is smooth, sweet, and full of flavor.

If you are a Solstice Farm CSA subscriber, we can deliver cans of cider with your weekly CSA delivery. Choose “Cidery Pickup” at checkout, then add a note to your order indicating you would like your cider delvierd with your CSA dropoff. Someone 21+ must be home in order to receive the cider delivery.
