Brews on the Beach

The 8th annual Brews on the Beach craft brew fest will be held on Saturday, July 13th in the City Park along the shores of Clear Lake. The event will feature Iowa craft breweries with their finest brews, hosted by Lake Time Brewery and Clear Lake Rotary Club. 

Space is limited to 1000 attendees so plan to get your tickets early to attend before it sells out. VIP ticket holders gain access to the event at noon and general admission ticket holders get in at 1:00 to taste beer until 4:00 pm.

Iowa Craft Beer Bash

Don’t miss the Epic Beer Bash of the Summer…The Iowa Craft Beer Bash!  VIP & GA ticket purchase includes unlimited beer, cider & beverage tastings from over 50 of the best breweries in Iowa, souvenir glass plus live music by Bigfoot Park and the DTKK Polka Band. Food trucks will be there too including Comfort Food 154, Millstream Brau Haus and Beast & Bird. The Iowa Craft Beer Bash is September 1st at Millstream Brewing Co. in beautiful Amana, Iowa. It’s one of Iowa’s largest charity beer events supporting Families Helping Families and the Iowa Brewers Guild. Nothing’s better than beer & bands in the summer sun!

We’ll be sampling hard ciders alongside Solstice Farm at the opening market this year.

The Cedar Falls Farmers Market is the perfect Saturday morning activity for everyone! Whether you need to make a quick grocery run, or want to bring the whole family out to spend the morning. Shop from our 50 local producers and creators and take advantage of the best our community has to offer. Come get your farm fresh produce, meat and eggs, fresh cut flowers, soap and skin care products, honey, breads and baked goods, and so much more! We even have fun jewelry designers, tie-dye apparel and 3D printed toys. Enjoy delicious food from the many food trucks, hang out in the park, and enjoy music and entertainment. After market, head down just a two blocks to enjoy beautiful Main Street!

Hops for Housing

Hops for Housing

Join us at Willis Dady's 9th Annual Hops for Housing on April 27th at the Kirkwood Hotel from 2:30-5:30pm!

Ticketholders will receive a pretzel necklace, tasting glass, and admittance to the event with over 20 breweries and cideries to sample from. There will be live music, a silent auction, and awareness-raising games to play throughout the event! Tickets can be pre-ordered for $40 through our site, or can be purchased for $45 at the door.

Hops for Housing is an annual fund and awareness-raising event to benefit Willis Dady Homeless Services, which provides homeless prevention, housing, emergency shelter, outreach, and employment services to all experiencing or near homeless in Linn County.
