We aged our base cider in oak barrels for two years, where it picked up lots of oak flavor and notes of vanilla.

If you are a Solstice Farm CSA subscriber, we can deliver cans of cider with your weekly CSA delivery. Choose “Cidery Pickup” at checkout, then add a note to your order indicating you would like your cider delvierd with your CSA dropoff. Someone 21+ must be home in order to receive the cider delivery.
