This unique beverage small batch cider starts with our Imperial Apple. We coferment apples with local, raw honey and let it rest on French oak for a mellow flavor.

This batch is then blended with concentrated juice from blackberries, which brings a rich, sweet, fruitiness to join the strong notes of the Imperial Apple. Blackberries are a perfect complement to the Imperial Apple, holding their own while adding the perfect amount of sweetness.

If you are a Solstice Farm CSA subscriber, we can deliver cans of cider with your weekly CSA delivery. Choose “Cidery Pickup” at checkout, then add a note to your order indicating you would like your cider delvierd with your CSA dropoff. Someone 21+ must be home in order to receive the cider delivery.
