Our take on the classic Cherry Bounce starts with our Imperial Apple. We cofermented apples with local, raw honey and then aged it in a bourbon barrel for 10 months. Tart cherries grown in our own orchard were added to the barrel along the way. A little added honey and concentrated tart cherry juice turn this into a sweet treat to savor.

If you are a Solstice Farm CSA subscriber, we can deliver cans of cider with your weekly CSA delivery. Choose “Cidery Pickup” at checkout, then add a note to your order indicating you would like your cider delvierd with your CSA dropoff. Someone 21+ must be home in order to receive the cider delivery.
