This cider is a celebration in a bottle. While the work of starting a cidery began years ago, we officially launched our cidery in the fall of 2023. And what better way to celebrate this first year than with a barrel-aged cider?

Despite the fast pace of getting a small business off the ground, we knew we’d thank ourselves later if we had a special cider to bottle for our birthday. It’s a reminder to slow down and savor the reasons we wanted to share our ciders with a wider audience. This blend of ciders includes our cherished Cedar Valley Blend, and features 15 apple varieties. We aged the cider in Iowa bourbon barrels for 5 months, until it arrived at the perfect flavor and oakiness.

If you are a Solstice Farm CSA subscriber, we can deliver cans of cider with your weekly CSA delivery. Choose “Cidery Pickup” at checkout, then add a note to your order indicating you would like your cider delvierd with your CSA dropoff. Someone 21+ must be home in order to receive the cider delivery.
